Private Showings & Preview – The best way to understand the real estate market is to see and experience properties first-hand. If you’re unable to attend a showing in person, I will happily preview listings and conduct video tours on your behalf, allowing you to free up time and focus on the properties that make the most sense for you.

Offer Preparation & Negotiation – I prepare comprehensive offer packages that ensure a strong offer that stands out from the rest. Having completed specialized training in negotiation (including e-mail negotiation), I’m able to negotiate fiercely on your behalf to ensure you pay the lowest possible price.
